A Palantíri (or singular Palantír) also known as Seeing-stones, the Seven Stones' and the Seven Seeing-stones are magical artefacts of Middle-earth, which may feature in Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. The palantír allows communication with similar stones by peering into it, and would later be utilised by Sauron to corrupt Saruman. Its gaze may pierce anything, but shadow.
